Job Description
- Maintain & lead transmission and IP projects in South Korea.
- Supports Optical Transmission, Ethernet & IP network (Provisioning/testing of circuits and on-site maintain of local network).
- Technical supports and service for carrier customers and enterprise customers as onsite engineer.
- Responsible for planning, implementation, and tracking of ICT projects.
- Feedback to presales team if new requirement arises.
- Explore and develop new vendors to support ICT business needs.
- Ensure to track, monitor, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, or related subjects.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in telecom industry.
- Must have the certificate such as Engineer Information Communication which is related to telecommunication license.
- Possess knowledge, skills and work experience in Submarine Cable systems, Optical Transmission Network and Ethernet/IP technologies and solutions for global service needs.
- Basic knowledge and work experience in Transmission, Ethernet network and services including MS-OTN, DWDM/ROADM, SDH, Ethernet Technologies and protocols. Familiar with testing and troubleshooting of SDH/OTN and Ethernet-based circuits.
- Well versed in DDN/SDH/MPLS VPN/IP and good knowledge in LAN, WAN, networking technology, computer technology, vendor network equipment and IT equipment.
- Good understanding of IP routing and protocols. Familiar with console and testing of IP circuits.
- Excellent English communication and customer service skills in both written and verbal.
- May be required to work at irregular hours when needed.

Network Engineer
Job Description
- Maintain & lead transmission and IP projects in South Korea.

- Technical supports and service for carrier customers and enterprise customers as onsite engineer.
- Responsible for planning, implementation, and tracking of ICT projects.
- Be the primary contact for Network Department at Korea.
- Support, maintain and lead the implementation of cable projects, and provide technical and operational supports to transmission and IP system operations & maintenance, troubleshooting, restoration, and effective control of transmission and IP network.
- Support, attend and implement Transmission and IP network activities including but not limited to normal and ad-hoc restoration and normalisation works, liaise and coordinate with Co-location Suppliers; Local Loop Suppliers and Cable Landing Station in relation to the regular and/or ad-hoc network activities.
- Manage and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to maintain quality performance and effective operational costs.
- Provide technical, service and onsite support to the Network Operations Center or Global Service Operations Centre when required.
- Produce engineering, planning and operations document when required.
- Provide technical, service, and operational support including Emergency Call-Out (ECO) when required.
- On call standby is required during non-office hours.

Enterprise Sales Manager
Job Description
- To achieve sales, revenue target by identifying and securing business opportunities from prospective customers.
- To identify and develop new business opportunities, develop a portfolio of key customers in major local and multinational companies.
- To establish, develop and maintain effective business relationships with nominated accounts and develop long term partnership with them.
- To formulate a Sales & Marketing Strategy and assist Head of Dept. to deploy effective marketing events to our target customers.
- To review & analyze the market situation and report to senior management periodically.
- Minimum 5-6 years sales experience in IT & Telecom industry with proven sales track record.
- Sound knowledge in selling IPLC, IEPL, MPLS IPVPN, IP, SDN related products and ICT Solutions/Services such as IDC and Call Centre businesses.
- Cloud Market Experience will be preferable.
- China Market Experience will be preferable.
- Good command of spoken and written English or Chinese. Fluency in English, Mandarin/Cantonese is a prerequisite for this role.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisation, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Positive mindset, result-oriented, high level of initiative and integrity.
- Occasional travel is required.
